Autodesk university 2010 – Post event round up

Off

AU Has come and gone again for another year.

With a reported 7,000 attendees it picked up a bit from last years 5,700. Autodesk University still hasn’t reached the pre-recession high of 10,000 people. Interestingly 40,000 people signed up for the Virtual event, up from last years 16,000 people. I can see this becoming an increasingly popular way of accessing the event – maybe YOU should try it next year!

Carl Bass’s theme for the Event was Innovation. He is particularly keen to stress that Autodesk is looking for new ways to use new technology – rather than using new technology to solve old problems.

Here’s some really good reviews from people who were lucky enough to be there!
